Here at rankingCoach, there have been a lot of changes over the past year. The company and the application have improved in so many different ways, we would like to highlight a few that stood out! ## App Improvements and Upgrading to Pro In May there was the transition from the standard version to pro, giving end users more keywords, location monitoring, and competitor analysis. ## The Launch of 360 Debuting this year, rankingCoach 360 is unlike any online marketing solution on the market. The suite offers the combination of the original rankingCoach with two other platforms: listingCoach and rankingCoach ads. ## rankingCoach The App Coming to both iOS and Android, rankingCoach has released a mobile version of the application, bringing online marketing to anyone, no matter where they are! ## Increasing our International Team We are very excited to welcome Maximilian Senff to the team as rankingCoach's Chief Financial Officer! Maximilian will be overseeing our company's Global Finances and Processes. Our new CFO wasn't the only addition to the rankingCoach family, between our offices in Romania and Germany our little company has grown a lot! Made up of experts from around the world, we now have a combined total of over 100 employees, made up of 30 different nationalities! With an ever-growing team, it means more office space is required. Both of our teams in Germany and Romania alike had to acquire new office space to fit all of the new team members. ## We Continued Being an Award Winning Company This year's rankingCoach has won a couple of prestigious awards in various categories, each is classified as national or international. ## [Deloitte Fast 50 Award](https://www2.deloitte.com/de/de/pages/technology-media-and-telecommunications/articles/gewinner-fast-50-2018.html) An annual award is given out by the well-known Deloitte GmbH, recognizing the fastest growing companies in Germany. Being a particularly good year for rankingCoach, 2018, they have become larger than they ever have before.   ## International Business Award Given out by the American Business Awards Association, the IBAs (more commonly known as "The Stevies") are held annually in London. This year's rankingCoach took gold in the category of Software - Cloud Application/Service, bringing home their very first Golden Stevie.   ## [European Venture Contest](https://www.techtour.com/events/2018/12/european-venture-contest-final-2018.html?pageId=2902385) During the 12th European Venture Contest, rankingCoach was invited to participate among the top tech companies from all over the world. Beating out thousands of other contestants, our pitch was delivered to over 100 expert investors.    ## Notable Events All Over The World Traveling all over the world, we managed to participate in 27 fairs in 9 different countries! This is quite a lot to cram into one year, but the amount of workshops we ran surpasses this a great deal.  Throughout 10 different countries, in over 200 cities, we are very proud to have hosted exactly 600 different workshops, a personal record for our sales team. They got to meet many experts in the field of online marketing, helping the reach of our application grow exponentially!  Having such a wonderful team it only makes sense that we get to celebrate every so often. Sharing traditions and making new ones, there were many times we got to enjoy together as colleagues.
