Here in this section, we like to reach out to our many happy customers and ask them what they like most about using rankingCoach. Today we are proud to introduce Chicago-based web design company Olive Street Design!

Please introduce yourself, your company, and what you do!

I'm Nat Rosasco, owner of Olive Street Design. OSD is an award-winning, nationally recognized web design firm based in Chicago with clients all over the world. We offer total business solutions, from web design, copywriting, and SEO to graphic design, social media, and marketing because we want SMBs to meet their business goals.

How did you first hear of or come across rankingCoach?

I'm always on the lookout for the latest services and trends to best serve my clients, and after spending countless hours of researching then demoing SEO and marketing software, rankingCoach clearly stood out as a superior service.

How has rankingCoach helped your business?

It's helped OSD get more traffic and leads - our whole team is working overtime to keep up with all the new business coming in. But even better than that, it's helping our clients get more search engine traffic.

In your time in the web design industry, what lessons have you learned?

I've learned that you can never stay stagnant - that's why we're always staying on top of best practices through training, webinars, podcasts - we're always learning, sharing, and pushing ourselves and each other to do better. If you think you have nothing to learn, that's when you run into problems.

What area of web design do you feel is the most important?

Designing in a way that's aesthetically pleasing and modern while being formatted in the best way for conversions and SEO.

What are some important web design trends to watch for in 2019 and beyond?

We really like the fluid/organic design elements (like in our Ballot Box Digital site) that give a very approachable feel to a website. We're seeing more overlapping design elements and a retro, nostalgic vibe that's fun to play around with.

Thank you, Nat!
