Please introduce yourself, your company, and what you do!

Hello, my name is Michael Raquet and I am the owner of FOTO-GRAPHIX. We are based in Orange County, New York and we have been doing website design since 1992. We are not a large design and marketing firm with offices around the world with specific departments and divisions that each assist with a different element of each project. We are a small, family-owned, and operated business with a few employees who excel at what they do. We prefer to keep our firm small to keep overhead costs low so we can offer our customers the lowest pricing for services that other large design and marketing corporations will charge much, much more for. Besides that, staying small allows us to get to know our customers better so that we can better assist them in accomplishing their goals for their business.

How did you first hear of or come across rankingCoach?

As with everything technology-based, techniques, procedures, and strategies are consistently evolving. SEO has always been a daunting task for us here. Doing endless frustrating google searches on SEO how-to's, I came across rankingCoach.

How has rankingCoach helped your business?

It has shed so much light on the process and has saved me a ton of time over the past year, in researching along with trial & error techniques that didn't always pan out. It just makes things so much easier.

What do you feel are the main issues that SME's face today?

Staying up to date on SME best practices is and will be one concern we will always face as website developers and rankingCoach really helps with that. 

What are some important web design trends to watch for 2019 and beyond?

With the internet changing, search engines growing, user habits demanding more and more the most important thing we should be doing in the future is coming up with original unique content as design trends are simply cyclical, "content is king" will always be important!
